How much content can be included in a 30 second video?:
Typically, a 30-second script is around 75 words, which allows us to include the following sections: Problem Definition, Solution, and Call to Action. If you wish to include more information in your video or extend its length, we can accommodate your request and adjust the budget with your approval. Please let us know your desired video length and any additional content you would like to include in the questionnaire.
What is the refund policy?:
In the unlikely event that you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we provide 2 additional revisions for free. If you choose to terminate a project before production begins, we can provide you with a full refund. However, if you choose to terminate a project after the script stage begins, we would need to pay our team for their work. Once production begins, under no circumstances will Powerful Animations give refunds for the amount paid for the services.
